For R30 000, we map the problem, test the risky assumptions and recommend Odoo or custom software. You get the process map, prototype, solution outline and a practical first roadmap.

You keep the plan whether or not we continue. If we do, the sprint is credited against your first month.

The retainer

Credits make capacity visible.

Your monthly fee buys a clear allocation of delivery capacity, not an open-ended hourly tab. Every item on the roadmap has a credit estimate and every month has a visible ledger.
