Who we are

SudoVault Software is a managed IT consultancy based in Gauteng, South Africa. You can reach us at hello@sudovault.co.za.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and (optionally) company
• Your email address and (optionally) phone number
• The service, budget, and timeline you selected
• The message you wrote describing your project
• A timestamp of your submission

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing unrelated to our own services.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether we're a good fit for your project. We also use anonymous conversion data to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising — this does not identify you personally. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Advertising & remarketing

We run advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). To measure how well those campaigns perform, we have installed conversion tracking on this site:

• Google Ads — We use the Google tag (gtag.js) to record when a visitor submits a lead form. The tag sends an anonymous conversion event to Google (ID AW-17946336305). Google may also use this data to show you relevant ads on Google Search, YouTube, and partner sites.
• Meta Pixel — We use the Meta Pixel (ID 1925731638819258) to record when a visitor views a page or submits a contact form. Meta may use this data to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, or to build lookalike audiences.

These services may place cookies or use similar technologies on your device. The data sent is pseudonymous — it does not include your name, email, or the contents of any message you write to us. Your personal inquiry details stay in our systems and are never sent to Google or Meta.

You can opt out of personalised ads from Google at adssettings.google.com and from Meta at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads. You can also refuse non-essential cookies via your browser settings, though this may not block all tracking pixels.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored securely in our backend database (managed via Lovable Cloud). Access is restricted to SudoVault team members with a need to view inquiries.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up and maintain a record of our correspondence. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing hello@sudovault.co.za. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
