Which tools can you integrate with?+
Anything with an API or a webhook — Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Sage, Pastel, Xero, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Teams, custom internal systems, and most South African banks. If it exposes data, we can wire it in.
What if our process is unusual?+
Good — that's usually where the highest returns hide. The audit exists precisely to map unusual processes so we quote the build accurately. If your process genuinely can't be automated well, we'll tell you honestly and refund half the audit fee.
Do we need our own AI subscriptions?+
Not to start. We use enterprise-grade AI providers under our own accounts during the build. Post-launch we help you set up your own accounts if you'd prefer to own the billing directly — usually cheaper long-term at any real volume.
What happens after the 30 days?+
