Process

From discovery to delivery — the agile way.

We follow a structured software development lifecycle, run in short agile sprints. Predictable rhythm, working software at every step, and no surprises along the way.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We sit down with stakeholders to understand the problem, the users, the constraints and the success criteria. Output: a written brief, a prioritised problem list, and a shared definition of done.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

We align on scope, roles, communication channels, and the working agreement. Tooling is set up — repository, project board, environments, CI — so the team can ship from day one.

  3. 03

    Planning

We translate the brief into a backlog: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and rough estimates. The first sprint is shaped, risks are surfaced early, and dependencies are mapped.

  4. 04

    Design & architecture

Lightweight UX flows where they help, and clear technical decisions written down (data model, integrations, non-functional requirements). Just enough design to de-risk build — never more.

  5. 05

    Build — Agile sprints

Two-week sprints with planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review and retro. Working software at the end of every sprint, demoed to you. Feedback loops are short on purpose.

  6. 06

    Test & QA

Automated tests run on every commit. Each story has acceptance criteria signed off before it's called done. We test for the unhappy paths, not just the demo flow.

  7. 07

    Deploy & release

Continuous deployment to staging, gated releases to production. Feature flags and rollback plans where the change is risky. Releases are boring on purpose.

  8. 08

    Iterate & support

Post-launch we measure, learn and refine. Bugs and small improvements feed straight back into the sprint cadence — the loop never really closes, the product just keeps getting better.

The agile rhythm

Short loops. Working software. Real feedback.

We work in two-week sprints with a clear ceremony cadence. You see progress every week, demo working software every two, and steer the backlog as priorities shift. Nothing is hidden behind a six-month waterfall.
