What does it cost?+
The scoping workshop is R4,500 and is credited toward your build. Internal tools start at R65,000 fixed. Client-facing portals start at R85,000 fixed. Both are milestone-billed 40/40/20. Ongoing Care Plans run R3,500–R7,500 per month.
What counts as 'fixed scope'?+
The build sheet from the workshop defines every screen, role and workflow. We build exactly that for the price quoted. Changes mid-build are welcome, but they're quoted as additions — we'd rather tell you the real price upfront than surprise you later.
Where is it hosted?+
On enterprise-grade infrastructure (Cloudflare, AWS or your existing cloud) with automated backups, SSL, and 99.9% uptime. Your data stays in South Africa or the region of your choice.
Can it integrate with our existing systems?+
Yes — accounting (Sage, Xero, Pastel, QuickBooks), CRMs, email, WhatsApp, payment gateways, Odoo, custom APIs. If it exposes data, we can wire the portal into it.
What happens after 30 days?+
You own everything — code, data, hosting accounts if you want them. Most clients stay on a Care Plan for hosting, security updates, support and small iterations. It's optional but recommended for anything running live in your business.
